Please refer to this list of FAQS before signing up for your membership.

  1. How do I sign up online?
    Click on the “Join Now” link above. You will be taken to another page where you will be able to enter your membership details and payment information.
  2. How do monthly payments work?
    Your credit/debit card on file will automatically be billed the first business day of the month (anywhere between the 1st and the 4th of the month), but remember billing will only start once we re-open.
  3. How can I contact someone for questions or assistance?
    If you have questions, you may contact us at info@brooklynsportsclub.com and one of our sales associates will be happy to help you through the sign-up process.
  4. Is the club safe to use?
    BSC is hard at work to ensure we take all the necessary precautions to keep members and staff safe. We have put in place strict sanitation and social distancing measures and will continue to communicate with our members and guests of any changes to our policies.
  5. Do I have to create a username and password to enroll?
    Yes, this is a necessary step for enrollment. This will give you access to your membership account and will allow you to see your payment history and make any changes to your payment information.
  6. What is the cancellation/freeze policy?
    This is a month-to-month agreement and can be canceled by providing our Membership Manager, Hassan, with a 30-day notice via email at hcanaan@brooklynsportsclub.com. You may also cancel your membership in person at the club once we re-open. Your next month will be your final month of payment and membership. You can also freeze your membership at any time for 1 – 12 months. There is a $15 per month fee to freeze your membership
